Well what have you guys found so far? First time out of the Deldrimor War Camp, a Green item dropped. It was a mesmer staff named Gorrel's Staff, max damage and I think it was an Inspiration or Illusion staff. It was already a 10/10 yet it had not been identified. Do you guys think these are set items like in Diablo2? Set bonuses for partial or complete sets as well? Let's hear what you think. Please get a screenshot to back this up if you have seen this as well. I forgot to take one. . .

Update notes mentioned green items are from bosses and are named after the boss. Not part of sets like D2. attributes may vary depending on drop so we will have to see if they remain good or lean towards a mixed worthy or uselss drop.

That sounds a lot like the people of Diablo II who "forget" to take screenshots...

Nice, so these are essentially "Unique Items" then? This is great! Items with perfect stats for the win!

Ahh . . . Silly me! I must have skipped over that paragraph will excitedly reading through the update notes. /doh

Well, now PvE characters do not have an excuse to compete in PvP. The playing field has been leveled!

Eh, btw, Racthoh, it was during a fervent battle as the newbs ran towards the chest so they could use their keys and then every died, we ressed and someone decided to map.

I personally think that they are sets of some sort, because one of my guildmates found a Green Cane, with Korvath or something in its name, and later someone in Droknars had Korvath's Chakram. I don't know what would happen if they are combined though.

Yeah, my buddy got that same bow up there in a different PUG. From one of the Shiverpeak chests I got a Flame Artifact, energy +12, +45 HP while enchanted, +8 armor while hexed... and just think, these are just the first couple items people are finding. In no time the old items that cost alot will be worthless. I ditched my shadow bow (to the merchant) for a purple flatbow I found in another shiv chest.
